The thing I love about these Vegan Bento boxes is that you don’t really to have the exact measurement for all the recipes. You can always adjust it based on your preference. If you want a specific ingredient more than the other ingredients, you can always add more of it and less of the others.
Though the recipes I found have exact measurements, they can always be modified. But if you are a bit of an OCD then, then exact measurements will work well for you. The exact measurements will satisfy your need for perfection.
The other thing I love about them is they look so cute. Yes, for me aesthetics play a big part in food. I always have to consider that I have kids with me and even I find something appetizing if they look appetizing. So hope you enjoy this batch of yummy vegan bento lunches.

VEGAN SCHOOL LUNCH IDEAS (BENTO BOX)
3/4 cups cashews (soaked overnight if you don’t have a high speed blender/good food processor)
3/4 cups water
6 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt/pepper to taste
Sweet coconut cream:
scoop coconut cream off the top of the coconut milk can
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
