A Self-Indulging Raw Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge

Enjoy sweets the vegan way with this decadent dessert.

I have to admit, eating veggies and fruits is great. And I am loving every bit of it. But I also have sweet tooth and for me life won’t be complete without enjoying something sweet.

And who says we can’t enjoy desserts? There a tons of desserts and sweet treats that we can get from veggies and fruit. And if you are looking for chocolate, you can still enjoy it the vegan way.

This recipe is extremely healthy and extremely delicious too. The part I love the most is that I only need 5 ingredients for to make it and it only take a few minutes to prepare. So try it out and tell us what you think.

1 cup coconut oil

1 cup unsalted crunchy peanut butter

2 cups raw cacao

1 cup dates (pitted)

1 to 2 pinches of unrefined sea salt

Soak your dates in hot water for about 20 minutes to make them soft and sticky.

If you coconut oil is solid, put it in a jar and place the jar in hot water to melt your oil.

Place all your ingredients, except the peanut butter, in your high speed blender and blend until soft and well combined.

Add the peanut butter at the end to keep the crunch.

Spread evenly in a tin or container.

Place in the fridge for about one hour.
