The Most Savory Roasted Sweet Potatoes Dish Ever!
Sweet potatoes are already healthy but roasting them is another healthy option!
Let’s go crazy with another sweet potato recipe. My hubby is a big fan of roasting and grilling. Although he is more of the grilling type, he has this love for roasting as well as he wouldn’t need to stay and watch the food in order for it not to get burned.
And since my family loves sweet potatoes so much, here I am again with another great sweet potato dish you will want to try. It is so easy to make that it will take only a couple of minutes of your time.
I love having this dish (more of a side dish or snack for me) during days when my kids and hubby are all at home. I also prepare this if I have unexpected guests who tend to hang out the whole afternoon at home to have a couple of drinks. It is very appetizing and a great finger food for small or big parties too.
Check out the recipe below.
