VEGAN: Find Out Why These Pumpkin Spice Doughnut Holes Are Very Addicting

v 004aFor those who are not originally vegans will agree that doughnuts are snacks or desserts that you can really not get tired of. You can have it in any occasion. And both young and the young at heart will certainly love having them.

But of course since this can be a very big treat to gaining tons of calories, one should limit intake for these delicious devils. Luckily there are several vegan versions of doughnuts that you shouldn’t miss out on. And of those is this Pumpkin Spice Doughnut Holes. They might not be the typical doughnut-looking snacks you are used to but they tastes so amazing you wouldn’t want to stop eating them.

Of course, counting calories is still one thing you should consider but it won’t be as much as those regular doughnuts give you. These are extra healthy snacks that your kids, friends, relatives and whoever you serves them to will love.

Pumpkin Spice Doughnut Holes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup melted vegan butter

1/2 cup pumpkin spice coconut milk

3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

1/4 cup melted vegan butter

1/2 cup cinnamon sugar

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Add the granulated sugar, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and 1/4 cup of the melted vegan butter. Stir in the pumpkin spice coconut milk. Add the flour and baking powder and stir until just combined.

Using a greased mini muffin pan, fill each muffin cup halfway full.

Bake 15-20 minutes until the tops are lightly golden brown.

Once cooled, remove from the muffin tin and dip each in the rest of the melted vegan butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar.

Serve immediately.
