v 004eA lot of fuzz has been going around a about a viral image of Nutella’s breakdown in its ingredients. Who would have thought that the sugar content in it is incredibly dangerous to one’s health. The sad part about this is that some of the ingredients is not so vegan.

I admit that I really loved Nutella and I do miss eating it. But thanks to this awesome video, I can now enjoy having Nutella, and it’s homemade. My kids can have it in their sandwiches now without having to purchase the bottled product. And I can now brag that I know how to make it.

The most amazing thing about this is that it is so darn easy to make. Love the prepping, love the mixing up and I love the eating part as well. If you are one of those who have a very strong sweet tooth, you will want to have something like this at home.

Vegan Nutella

Ingredients:
150g (1 cup) hazelnuts
150g (1 cup) icing sugar
75g (1/2 cup) cocoa
200g (1 1/2 cup) melted dark chocolate
3 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions:
Roast the hazelnuts at 180℃ (356℉) for 15 minutes.v 004c
Blend the roast hazelnuts, icing sugar, cocoa & melted dark chocolate & rapeseed oil in a food processor.

Pour mixture into a jar & pop in the fridge until it firms up a bit.
