Gluten-Free Berry Mango Sorbet With Banana and Pineapple

A delectable vegan mix of banana flavored ice cream and sorbet.

Honestly, I am not a big fan of pineapples. I am not really enthusiastic having them around in a meal. But I do eat pineapples. I just don’t really appreciate it as much as I appreciate other fruits. With this post though, it’s a different thing.

This recipe is an exemption to me not liking pineapples that much. Since it is a dessert, the pineapple blended so well with the banana and the walnuts. I was literally blown away when I first tried it out. And actually, I did not prepare it myself. I was able to try this for the first time in my mom’s house when I visited her. He had several fruits on the table and it was a slightly hot day that she decided have a home made ice cream or sorbet.

So she told me she found a recipe online that could make use of the pineapple and bananas she had. She knew I don’t eat pineapples much so she was a really thrilled when I told her that I loved what she made and I even asked where she found the recipe. So I am sharing it with you guys now. BERRY MANGO SORBET WITH BANANA AND PINEAPPLE [VEGAN, RAW, GLUTEN-FREE]

Ingredients:

1/4 cup walnuts

1 cup water

1 cup frozen mango

2 frozen bananas

3/4 cup pineapple

3/4 cup frozen berries

Instructions:

Blend the walnuts together with the water until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and thick. Feel free to add whatever else you want.
